Overview
This policy explains how Calculus Solver handles information when you use calculus-solver.com. No account is required, and we do not ask you to create a public profile.
Calculations and server processing
Expressions and calculator settings are sent to our server so the requested mathematical operation can be validated, calculated, verified, and graphed. Calculations are not permanently stored by default and are not used to create personal profiles.
Local browser storage
Recent calculation history, theme choice, and related preferences may be stored in localStorage on your device. This information stays in your browser unless you remove it. You can clear calculator history from the interface and clear site data through your browser settings.
Technical logs and security
Our hosting provider may create standard security and access logs containing information such as IP address, request time, browser type, requested path, and error status. These logs support security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting and are retained according to hosting settings.
Contact messages
The contact form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not store the message before it is sent. If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message, sender address, and related metadata so we can respond.
Cookies, third parties, and children
The current application does not require advertising or analytics cookies to calculate. Essential preference storage may be used. Calculus Solver is not directed at collecting personal information from children, and users should not submit sensitive personal data in expressions or messages.
Your choices and contact
You can clear local history, change theme preferences, decline to send an email, and stop using the service. For privacy questions or requests concerning a message you sent, contact contact@calculus-solver.com. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change.
